Turkey Day Takeout 2017


  • Roasted Whole Turkey - Brined, roasted, carved and packed ready to heat and serve - $5.00/lb, not including price of turkey
  • Fried Whole Turkey - Ready to eat (2 hour serving window) - limited quantities, by appointment - $7.00/lb, not including price of turkey
  • House Made Gravy - Turkey stock, pan drippings, fresh herbs, brown roux - $20.00/ quart
  • Pear and Ginger Cranberry Sauce - Fresh cranberries and pears, freshly grated ginger, cinnamon - $20.00/quart
  • Grandma's Sweet Potato Soufflé - Mashed sweet potatoes covered with brown sugar and pecans - $30.00/pan
  • Green Bean Casserole - Green beans in a bechamel sauce, Panko bead crumbs, crispy shallots - $35.00/pan
  • Sage Cranberry Dressing - Mixed artisan breads, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, bacon and turkey drippings - $35.00/pan
  • Mashed Potatoes - Red-skinned potatoes, Irish butter, fresh cream, turkey drippings - $35.00/pan
  • Bacon Bourbon Jam - Apple smoked bacon, Vidalia onion, garlic, bourbon, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar - limited quantities, order soon! - $15.00/8 oz jar
  • Dixie Relish (Jezebel Sauce) - Red onions, whole grain mustard, fresh horseradish, lemon marmelade, sorghum - limited quantities, order soon! - $15.00/16 oz jar
  • Southern Style Pickled Shrimp - Large U 15 Shrimp, onion, Old Bay, allspice, fresh parsley and bay leaf, lemon, garlic, red chile - limited quantities, order soon! - $50.00/lb

Items serve 10-12 people, cooked items prepared ready for you to finish in the oven.

About Chef Clyde

Chef Clyde Van Arsdall graduated from Coronado High School in 1987. He attended an international cooking school after college and has spent the last 25 years living and cooking around the U.S. From New England to the East Coast, to the Deep South, and back home to the West Coast, these areas and more have all influenced Clyde's tastes, style and flair. Clyde loves to feed people and is honored to contribute to the luscious tastes, aromas and memories shared at your table!
